Book Drum goes “beyond the page” connecting readers with extra details about a book they are reading. Each novel’s ”Book Drum” consists of several pages: bookmarks, review, setting, glossary, author, map, and summary. What I love most about this website is its number of contributors, which in turn leads to a variety of books featured on the site. Anyone can become a contributor (accounts are free); multiple contributors can edit a book profile once it has been initially created. This is a great idea for a group culminating project!
